Once again the Society booked a table at Friture Armand for the traditional Fish Dinner in the Schuebuerfeuer, on Monday 2 September. We have been doing this for many years, it is an excellent opportunity for us to get together at the end of the summer in a lively, casual way. For the second year we extended an invitation to our colleagues from the Oxford Society. Just over 20 punters came together, an excellent turn out. Not everyone could face the skilful task of carefully filleting the deep-fried battered fish from its skeleton, there were plenty of other dishes on the menu which they could enjoy.
